Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Show is best for kids 2-10 years old, however kids under 2 years old can enjoy the show. Ticket for kid under 2 years old is not required, but present is not included.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Subway is a block away and there is metered street parking available.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Are the baby carriages allowed inside the venue?
There is very limited space allocated for carriages inside the venue.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can bring your printed ticket or show your E-ticket.
